There is no way around it.
We have to supplement & choose our food very carefully.

Since the land is now so unbalanced and has been for some time it is more difficult to obtain a gauge of what is optimal balanced nutrition since our frame of reference is an artificial one and not within the remit of the privileged ruling class.

I continue to favour distilled water for precisely those reasons you have mentioned.
