WOW, Heavensky, What a Post !!!!! Thank you Soo Much for your TIME in replying to me - Appreciated. :) :)

Well, I have done 5-6-7 ones (did not count really) and it is for the last 2-3 years..

As I said in my above reply, a few days back I finised my Liver Flush and i was drinking LOADS of fresh apple juice (for 4 days - 10 liters of it, and nothing else).. and not many stones came out :/ (or green soft something - whatever they are called)..

Anyhow for all 4 days and a day after flash I did coffee enemas too... (5 liters).

As I said, my first or second flash i drunk that fresh apple juice ONLY a day and i had more stones.. so it makes me thing i can safe on apples next time (coz they are quite costly here, especially after $ rised up - I am from Russia)...

Anyhow.. can u plz tell me how often it is adviced to go for liver flash.. and what is the minimum Gap between the flashes..... I heard in 9-14 days they could be repeated..

So what do you (and others) think Please... :)
