Glad to hear it about the enemas!  Many are skiddish but I see that you are ready for the full battle ahead!

My symptoms are mainly around a total inability to detox without getting severely ill and causing extreme fatigue.  I've had my share of constipation and weight gain also.  I was a very fit size 4 just 2 years ago, and now I'm a size 12.  This all started after an amalgam was removed inproperly sending me back to the chronic fatigue syndrome I had thought I was cured of after following a high carb, low fat vegan (high raw) diet for several years.  It had totally rejuvenated me and turned back the clock, I looked like  25 year old again, it was awesome!

I won't give up though, and am thinking of starting the liver flushing again. I don't do well with supplements also, need to test the MTHFR you mentioned.  Not sure how to proceed with the supplementing of that but feel it could help.

Do you have amalgams StolenDog?
