When is the best time to take ATP Cofactors? I take my supplement regimin at breakfast and take Lugol's after lunch. Is it best to take ATP Cofactors all at once or a couple of times a day? Really enjoying the extra energy from the ATP Cofactors! Was able to decrease my Iodine intake by 60% so was really needing the push from the B vitamins! So wrong to listen to the doctor who said avoid B vitamins during this protocol! (He thought B vitamins would increase systemic candida...)

Good news! Went to the optometrist today and he decreased the strength of my contact lense prescription. My eyes are improving! Yippee!!!
