doing flushes more that a couple weeks a part is doing more harm than good. I would refrain from doing them so much, however long it takes to clear the stones it takes ...you didnt get sick overnight and this isn't a get well quick process.

but do what ever you feel necessary you know your body better than hours and not taking any Epsom Salt is careless ...youve been warned
