I've heard of some people who completely switched around the times for the flushing and it worked well for them. They started drinking the Epsom Salts at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m., drank the oil mixture at 10 a.m. and continued from there. It makes sense because you don't have to go through a period where you're so hungry all day, although the benefit of starting at night is supposedly that the liver is most active at 10 p.m.
