Coconut Oil is pure fat with no amino acid makeup at all. Coconut meat and milk/creams do have a arginine rich makeup but plant materials generally have low amounts of both. Compare beef to coconut meat.

The Oil is cheap and can be used without considering the lys / arg ratios. peace.
