Bromelain helps with the aches and pain from Accutane (including IBS pain). Take 2 caps of the 2,000 to 3,000 GDU/cap three times a day on an empty stomach during a flare up for about 3 to 4 days until pain and inflammation has subsided and reduce to 1 cap once or twice a day on an empty stomach for maintainance dose.
