Hi, your glucose level is OK. I believe you had some foot-healing symptoms in a previous fast as well. Overall I do not see reasons to worry. You can help the cough with inhaling vapors above simmering water. Few drops of essential oil in it would not hurt. Stay hydrated, the mucus needs fluids to keep it moving.
