HI- This might seem like a stupid question. I have begun taking L-Arginine HCI 1800 Mg x3 everyday . My feet have been very sore and achy shortly after beginning taking this. It's not Arthritis I don't think- more of a muscle/ligament/tendon thing. I do the elliptical 2 or 3 times a week but I have been doing that for years. I can't believe there is a connection but I am asking. Anyone have any insight or experience. I do take a lot of supplements but that really hasn't changed except for the Arginine!
