Cold Body, Cold hands and Feet...Very simply - Die off! you ate the Sugary foods, that feeds the candida and it grows like crazy, The next day the Candida dies off overloading your circulation...making you feel cold.

If you are constantly getting die-off/cold body there is too much carbs/sugars in your diet.

Stay off the sweets, bad carbs and do more Anti Fungals.


Depending on how long you have had it takes a long time to finally get better. I have been on the diet for over 2 years...but doing better each month.
