I've been consuming 3% FG H2O2 for the past 4 weeks. I usually take about 150ml(about 3/4 cup) of distilled water with 5 drops of 3% H2O2 which I eventually increased to 8 drops1 hr before food 3 times a day. By the 4th day the 'healing crisis' hit me...I had excessive phlegms which got better after the 7th day. I also encounter headache and had some rashes on my body. After 2nd week of taking, everything is back to normal. I recommended the concoction to my daughter who has sinisittis and to my son who suffers from asthma. Both cases shows positive result. I am very confident this therapy does work(if you do it correctly).
