Ok you guys,

Had been doing really good staying off the sweets, and eating whole foods. past 4 days I been binging, eating sweets. Cookies, brownies, and such. Today i wake up body cold, and cold hands and feet. Just like I felt about 7 months ago when I started my Candida cleanse?

What am I doing wrong?
Will I ever be able to enjoy these foods again, without the aggravating consequences?

Plus I been taking pure Caprylic acid 600mg-1200mg the past 3 days?
