I have been hypoglycemic all my life (tests at times were around 55.) I'm also reactive hypoglycemic. And have had panic attacks and/or Depression for the last 19 years and been on an antidepressant that long.

I'm about 50 pounds overweight and started a Candida cleanse today. I'm trying to go off Sugar and lose weight.

Two questions: I've looked into Ocotea essential oil and would like to try it, but am concerned it might let my Sugar drop too low. Has anyone with hypoglycemia successfully used Ocotea?

Also, how can I avoid my Sugar getting too low during the detox?
