Just to make sure I have you right, you're talking about fasting the actual day of the flush....not all the days prepping/leading up to it, right?

And I honestly don't remember but I thought I did the right time on it. You're talking about the Hulda Clark one? Or a different one? I want to make sure we're on the same page or I could even try another kind. Today's day one of my prep so just wanting to make sure I do it right....
