I'm about to undergo your outlined program. I'm wondering; for the retention enema, how long are you supposed retain the solution? Overnight? Or until your next bowel movement?

Also, you mentioned that the frequency of your enema routine is every 12 hours. Are you not at all worried that you will become "addicted" to the routine? I have read the literature noting how a too frequent and enema routine can disrupt your body's ability to have normal bowel movements.

Any insights you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks so much for your contributions to this forum.
