I have tried a lot of different supplements and herbs over the years and I find that the only thing that has a really strong affect for me is Alpha Lipoic Acid . I do need to cycle on and off it though .

Does anyone know if there is another supplement with similar mode of action to ALA ? I know there are a lot of antioxidants out there but ALA is the only one that works for me unless I have missed something . I don't think it is the anti-oxidant affect that is helping me . I suspect it is blood Sugar regulation or something similar .
