no im not constipated, i have a bowel movement one or two times a day. if i cont take my fiber its soft, but if i use fiber it hard. i had this embrassing problem for a long time. each year it gets worst. until recently it got alot better. i became a vegan. ate less sugar. took vitamins. seems to help. anyway this has becomea complete nighmare for and probably anyone else who has a similar problem.
