Dear DL,

Thank you for your reply to my post, I do live in the Netherlands, so the time difference will keep me from replying right away.

I do have Sea Salt and regular table salt as well as baking soda.

I don't have a tub, so my feet will do. I'll try anything and this sounds like it will help a lot.

At this point, I'm so desperate that if I had to drink my feet water, I might have considered (lol....also kidding).

I agree to start refeeding a few days before I go back to work. I'm afraid to go outside indeed with all these feelings.

How many days should I soak my feet? Everyday for a week and then if no improvement start drinking 1-2 spoons? More, less? What do you think?

If I have to resort to drinking 1-2 spoons of this mixture, how long should I continue? Until, I can drink more water and then stop or continue?

Sorry if they are silly questions, but sometimes I feel like I can't think straight or that I understand things.

I know that my health is improving by doing this, my brother and a good friend are encouraging me so much, my boyfriend thinks I'm doing something too dangerous, so I had to tell him I'm juice Fasting because he's really too worried (we don't live together, so I have a chance to do this), he already wants to take me to the doctor to see if the fibroids are gone, but I told him it's a bit too early for that.
