Thank you so much for replying. I live in the Netherlands so the time difference is a factor. Just read your reply now :).

My doctor is not very accepting to natural healing, she also believes that if I have an operation, they will only remove the fibroid inside the uterus but the other three on the uterus wall cannot be removed or else they damage the uterus. Which I read is possible even in 3rd world countries. She's not the only one though, it's a long story with the health care system here.

Anyhow, thank you very much for all this.

I will wait a few more days and see how my body does. Yes, maybe alternating could be a solution. I wanted so much to go through with this because I believe it can indeed help me.

I've read more from Shelton's book and also that he doesn't encourage enema's or colonics so I never considered them either but lately it was on my mind to help and I do have an enema kit :). But only thing, is I'm afraid I won't get up quick enough to sit on the toilet, when it's time. I haven't done one in quite a while and I know I might need to jump. But after my shower experience (it took me almost 4 minutes to get off the floor yesterday) I'm a bit reluctant, at least for now.

I do hope all these symptoms subside soon. Praying they would.

I'll keep my eye out for more info posted here.
