Thank you for answering my questions. I am trying to help a friend who is having a hard time getting pregnant and she had three miscarriages. I always tell her about food very important and also happy thoughts, but I never thought of Iodine, which I take regularly. She badly needs Iodine, now I know this because she feels cold a lot and lack of appetite, etc tells me she does. But we will have her start with basal temperature and check for sure if she is Hypo or not.
