In general I agree with most of what you said. Don't panic, the universe is not coming to an end. Yet.
First, there *is* an electric field around a single electrical connection; that's how walkie-talkie antennas work. But the electrical length is such a trivial fraction of a wavelength (about 0.0001%) that it is an extremely inefficient radiator. And, or course, all of that "north pole magnet" bs is just, well, BS.
But the main thing isn't that this thing (like the synchrometer) doesn't work, it is that it CAN'T work. A small but important semantic difference. Beyond the basic problems of energy level and how electrons actually work is the overriding problem of discrimination - how does it tell the difference between bad organic compounds ("toxins") and good organic compounds (vitamins)?
Not that something that seems like this but actually is totally different is possible. We have been irradiating food to preserve it for what, 50 years? Well known process, proven safe and effective. But a) there are no claims that it makes the food more healthy; and b) it is particle bombardment, like a sub-atomic kind of spray-wash, not a waving it with a toy.
The current laws of electricity and magnetism aren't partially wrong, or even a teenie-weenie bit wrong. Maxwell presented his paper to the Royal Society on December 8, 1864. So after 150 years and one month, we have a pretty good handle on the laws. Separate from the basic laws is their implementation. Not everything as been invented yet, and I'm sure lots of new and wonderful electromedicine gadgets are in our future. But those devices will be based on fizix and science, not magical thinking and fraud.
