I am so sorry to have asked you questions you have already given me recommendations to.
Just shows what being distracted on to other problems can do.
I read back and found the information.
Have ordered everything except Jarrow B-right, still hesitating as some B's are much lower than I take @ mo, but seem to have right B12 & folate, & as I have read, ones I have ordered increase absorption of other B's, so will probably go for it. @ Moment I need a break.
