Interesting. How long should I do it?

I actually didn't eat anything for 12 hours before and 24 hours after the extraction. My first meal was some bone broth. I'm wondering if I should start Intermittent Fasting (eat only a few hours during the day) or stop eating for a while and do a longer Water Fast.
