Also, I realize your copper removal needs may be different than mine, so I'm not sure zinc is what you need....but in the morning you could absorb copper in a way that makes it completely bioavailable. Then at night, deplete serum copper using zinc. This would start to pull it out of your body, while the levels are low overnight.
