I am a pharmacist with same disease and agree 100% with your Dx. I wish you would get back to me could use some advice. I have the fungus gnat s throughout my body. Used retin-a to get them off my face took me about 2 months of daily use and scrubbing. Trying to get them out of my sinuses and mouth with little luck. Used horse botfly treatment and seemed to kill them in my intestine. Please get back to me am desperate.
