I suffered with yeast infections for 2.5 years. I thought my life was over at 28 because of it. Finally i discovered coconut oil. Insert raw organic cold pressed coconut oil twice or three times a day. About a teaspoon. On days when you feel like you are for sure going to get a yeast infection use several drops of melaleuca oil aka tea tree oil for a few days and yeast wont occur. My acupuncturist told me to do this and i've been healthy for several months now! I tried diet changes and other remedies for years. This is the only thing that has worked. I also switched to organic tampons and i also dont have irritation problems associated to them anymore. I hope this post helps someone out there!
