2 weeks ago, I started to have extreme itching on my scalp. A few days later it was followed by pimples. There was no real pain just extreme itching. Around the same time the pimples showed up around hairline, I also developed 'Ice pick headaches'. Random headaches that only lasts a few seconds either behind left eye, left temple, left top back, in back near neck, and a few times left ear pain.

Out of anxiety and fear of it being something tragic.'anuerysm,stroke etc' I finally went to ER 2 days ago. Doc wrote it off as migraines, even though I never had one in my life, until I told her about the itchy/pimples. She didn't run any tests besides visual tests to check for stroke.i.e 'open your eyes, close your eyes etc'

I also have tingling around my left eye from right above left eye brow and curves around to under left eye. She prescribed Acyclovir even though the pimples already went away, I'm just left with these headaches. Very nerve wrecking literally.

If this is shingles, should I still have headache or tingling? I've felt fine during the whole thing, no fever, dizziness etc

I'm a male, a week away from turning 28, small history of anxiety related BP, currently taking losartan 25mg.
