Holy cow! I found this site to try and figure out what caused this awful rash that sounds exactly like what you are describing. I tried oil pulling with coconut oil for the first time night before last and when I woke up the next morning there was a very angry rash on my chest that spread to my arms and neck as the day went on. I am miserable and afraid to continue even with a milder oil. Even if it is the beginning of a detox, it is already very bad and I can't afford to miss any work if it continues. I have no idea what to treat it with because all of my normal natural remedies seem to just make it more angry. A friend of mine who is a western medicine doctor thinks I should unfortunately begin an Antibiotic becauseshe believes it looks like an infection. Has anyone else had this happen, and if so, what did you do?
