Thank you Keep Getting Up. I really feel like I have come to embrace your namesake. I've really started to feel the way I once did a kid now that I have started supplementation with salts. I think that it is quite a misnomer that health must decline as one enters "middle age".

I do feel like I have quite an intuitive mind and it has made all the difference while suffering from the effects of not being in good balance.

I welcome any more comments that people may have on this topic regardless of whether or not there is great scientific backing. I have a M.S. in Horticulture, so these biochemical principles are not foreign to me, but I know that more than just logic is at play in this world.
