The methods used are cruel and unethical, but I see depopulation as a good thing. Human life becomes worthless once people have to resort to fighting for resources just to survive. You should visit China to see how bad it can get but you'll literally have to push and shove your way through the crowd (forget manners or you won't be able to get anywhere).
