Have you tested your skin health with beer this season?

You are still ignoring one of the things I suggested, Liver Flush .

Do not ignore it. Liver feeds intestines with bile, and intestines feed liver with digested food through portal vein.

If intestines can't get enough bile, microbiome will suffer.
And, the red light on your skin shows it.

FMT is great, but the fastest way to fix your liver and to close this cycle (liver-intestines) is to also flush your liver .

Many have cured Seb Derm with just liver flush, without FMT.
But, doing both gives the best and fastest results.
