So I see in another thread the you should stay warm during your fast. The is a challenge for me as I am in and out of a cooler all day and out side while it is close to zero out now. I do dress really warm though and even work up a sweat sometimes.

Couple questions

1. Is it normal for the stomach to growl throughout the fast? I am assuming it is

2. My Wife had a doctor tell her that I am taking a risk with my Kidneys while fasting. I have not read anything about this anywhere on fasting. Is there any truth to this?
