Hello

I am looking for an easy liver cleanse as I have never done one before. I have a few questions about your cleanse:

-How many times a day should you drink the 3 lime and 1 yolk mixture?
-Will it cause any digestive discomfort? Having to use the restroom immediately or is it safe to take before leaving the house?
-How many days in a row should someone use this cleanse to achieve max results?
-Is it safe to use while menstruating?
-How often should the cleanse be repeated?
