SIMPLE CHECKLIST:

Hair--->get rid of shampoos with sulfates.

Face--->if it's a sulfuric smell when you turn your head...rub your face with water. If the smell goes away, then you can rest assured it's not your hair. Rinse your face with bacterial soap. Do daily face scrubs with flat cotton rounds. Dampen your face with water and apply coconut oil on your face at night. It's antimicrobial and won't clog pores--and will deodorize. Rinse in the morning

Ears--->Behind ears and in front of ears, behind the sideburns wash with a moisturizing soap. Apply a moisturizing lotion to washed areas. Sometimes shampoo and hair products have an impact on those areas.

Eyes--->wash around eyes, Place a moisturizing lotion on your lashes, lids, brows, etc. You may detect source of odors here. You flip your head down, then flip it back up.If smell is now gone, you've found it and resolved the issue.

Under the lip---> if you drink milk or anything that can smell under them, simple washing may not remedy the issue, wet some tissue and apply tooth paste at the area. Rub lightly until you feel the tingle, then rinse away. Test by rubbing with back of hand.

Tonsils--->Go to the back of your throat, on either side of your tongue and rub your tonsils. If that's the problem, you'll smell inside your sinuses and on the tip of your finger. Try to see if you feel any lumps or see any white stones visibly. If so then your tonsils are pretty much like smelly zits inside your mouth. If it smells like a horse's rear end then start squeezing out the stones. If odor persists get some saline packs, neti pot and a nasal wash product like ALKALOL with spearmints, peppermints, etc and warm water to flush your nostrils. Lean your head to the side, close the nostril that the netti pot isn't in. Give time for the solution to clear your passages. Alternate sides that you lean to, changing nostrils. If odor is minimized but still remains, add a teaspoon of Colloidal Silver .

Armpits--->Stop using anti-perspirants. Use deodorants--ones with triclosan are for extreme cases. Let your underarm hair grow enough where you can pinch and rub them with deodorant. Then apply more regularly

***Everything else, clean as usual in the shower.

***Drink a lot of water--6 bottled waters is good.

***Test to see what happens when you cut out dairy and meats, especially processed foods loaded with sodium and chemicals.

***I do know that when your temperature rises in physical activity your tonsils stink worse if that's it. Everyone else smells it, but you can't--until you rub inside your mouth and smell your finger.
