Usually a drastic wt loss within a relatively short time is related to cancer. parasite could be one of the reasons. Over the counter anti worm should hel..such as zentel and pyrantel pamoate

You could also take ivermectin and etc other anti worm medication as suggested by user ICU

Humaworm is also another alternative
