I am now completing Day 3 of my Water fast. I have notice I am dropping weight a lot faster then what I have read about online.

Yesterday 1/3/15 I weighed in at 268.2 lbs around 2:00pm.

Today 1/4/14 I weighed in at 261.4 lbs at 6:10pm.

Is 6.8 lbs in one day about average for someone my size?

I have done no exercise or anything just relaxing for the weekend.




On another note. Now that I am water fasting, I am noticing how many food commercials there is on TV.
