I try to eat low choline food but it's so hard to only eat this food. I went too the doctors and he basically laughed at me. He said its impossible to smell yourself. I mentioned tmau and he just dismissed the idea and it seems like he's never heard of it before. I done all blood tests and they came back normal. I haven't been back because it's just to embarrassing and he thinks I'm crazy so..... I guess I'll just have to live with an awful smell.
