I've done both in the past year.
Raw veggies plus cooked meat, and also the salt/mineral baths.

Both treatments helped, and I'm sure folks were effectively cured by these in the past.

You gotta remember, this disease evolves DAILY, meaning that it gets more immune to our treatments. Sadly, What worked yesterday is not likely to work today.
