Iv had a stomach ache for over a year. It started in my RUQ when I was sitting. Sitting up straight helped 8 months ago, but now I feel pressure and discomfort all the time and it's spread to my lower abdominal area. It feels like I need to go, but it's way up there.
I also have sciatic back pain, and between the two, its hard to move.

I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis over a year ago, but my levels are ok now..

My ultrasound results were normal but said there was "sludge in my gallbladder" What? Sludge is normal?

Here's the kicker.. Now Iv got hemolytic anemia which Iv recently developed and Doc's have no clue why.

Anyway, I would like to try some Liver Flushes since my pain originated in my gallbladder area, but need to have a clean colon for good results before hand.

Can anyone suggest some proven juicing recipes to help me eliminate and open things up?
