I am on day two of my Water Fast right now. My last meal was consumed on 1/1/2015 at 6:00 pm. I am still doing great.

I have had done intermittent fasting before but never a strict water fast. That being said I would like to know if most of you that have water fasted the following questions.

1. When you water fasted did you take time off work to do it?


2. what is the maximum activity level one can have while fasting?

I was wanting to Water Fast while working. My job is not physical at all but does require about 5 miles of walking through out the day.

Would it be safe to Water Fast and continue this type of activity?
