Thank you. I have been a long time sufferer of depression, for seven years now. Over the past year I have been looking for natural healing. None of the drugs ever helped me. I really feel my body leading me towards a raw food diet (which they teach at hippocrates). I truly feel as if I am moving closer and closer to my answer. I will definately let everyone know how it goes there. Thanks for the support.
It was really nice to hear what Owen said as well!
