This also happened to my sister. She used magnesium oil before bed and it caused her heart palpitations. I think she used too much, and it caused an imbalance (as her sodium was low) or it could I have been detox.

Another case was myy mother who has high blood pressure and each time she uses magnesium oil her blood pressure RISES. She does not get this effect from ordinary Magnesium supplements or even Liposomal. So strange and disturbing because I could find NOTHING about this anywhere on the internet, only that magnesium oil is such a boon to high blood pressure. It certainly wasn't to her and she certainly gave it a good long try.
