Thanks for those great references! I browsed around them quite a bit.

Andreas Moritz says he doesn't endorse the MC, but doesn't really say why, except that the acidity may not be appropriate for pitta types. Do you know more?

You say raw food is wrong for kapha and vata. Does that mean that an MC, followed by a raw food post-cleanse diet will have something wrong for any body type? (That happens to be exacly what I'm planning to do!)
