My new years resolution is to lose 30 pounds, im from iceland but im in florida over the holidays and have stuffed my self like a pig during my stay here but from this day(january1) I'm going to be eating healthy and then cutting the calorie intake until it has reached zero and I'm going to fast for about 30 days.. How much weight do you think I could lose by doing this?
