What if I told you that if you ate nothing but fruits and veggies you would cure your candida in 2 weeks of less? You wouldn't believe it, but its true.

You cannot starve or kill candida and expect to be healthy. You need to make it live in unison with you. Reduce fat to 10% of your total calories and your protein to 10% your total calories. Get 80% of your calories from carbs. You will feel like shit for a couple of days to a week, but after that you will feel GREAT!

All these candida killing devices/supplement crack me up
