I was thinking about removing my root canalled tooth, but I don't want to make a mistake here, perhaps I should look for the problem elsewhere?

If you think that my root canal canal is aggravating my acne, is there a way to fix it, perhaps a Magnetic Pulsar could kill the bacteria in the root canal and I could keep my tooth? If pulling the tooth is the only option then would zirconium implant be a safer alternative or should I choose a bridge instead?
