Why is it recommended to avoid caffeine and chlorine?

Caffeine is a pesticide which also dries out or is a diuretic.

Chlorine is one of the few things that is supposed to kill flukes or fluke eggs.

Just wondering thank you.

Also, alcohol is a diuretic.
