Interesting. I may just do that. Take 1/16th for 2 days on two days off. See what happens. It's a fraction of the dose. Everyone heralds it, and tbh I can't imagine that is too much.

Firstly though I've all but quit all supplements. I'm going to take a couple weeks off and let my body deal with what I have. Then I'll slowly reintroduce.

I may however start taking a small amt of k2, t2t has been taking about it and I think it could help if I think a bout it.

As a side not I used a small dose of cialis the other night. That stuff works amazing! :) def not a long time solution though.
