From the knowledge I have gained the body tends to release more fluids and toxins than it would on a full moon.

On or around the new moon is best to detoxify. Full moon the body absorbs nutrients better. So you should use the full moon phase (around) rebuilding and to get your liver ready for another flush.

When someone doesn't release many or no stones, check and see when they did it and when the moon phase was.
